All over the world
a lot more
attention is being given to job creation by governments and wealth
creation by private investors. Everybody knows that nothing creates
more jobs and nothing creates more wealth than manufacturing. Look
around you and note where the bath and kitchen fixtures in your country
are from. Are they manufactured locally or are they
imported? Having been selling and setting up factories for
over
30 years, we know how to take the pain out of setting up a factory to
manufacture the most exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures ever seen,
from Day-One.
When a factory is purchased from us: 1. We go to the customers factory. 2. We set up the equipment and make everything operational. 3. We give the customer all of the needed intellectual property and know-how. 4. We help find the best sources for raw materials. 5. We train the new employees on all the formulas & how to manufacture all the various products. 6. We teach the new customer how to market the products to contractors, wholesalers & Retail alike. 7. We provide follow up support for as long as the customer needs it. We set this down
in front of you and it is up to you whether you pick
it up and run with it. You will not find a better manufacturing
opportunity anywhere, ever.
Cultured marble is
the most commonly used product for bathroom fixtures
America. It is a precise mixture of polyester resin and crushed
limestone used to manufacture sinks, bathtubs, showers and other
construction materials. It is made up of many of the same composite
materials used to manufacture the new Boeing airplanes. Did you know
that the Boeing 787 is 50 percent composite
materials? That
‘tube’ you ride in is made of composite materials.
There are over
2,500 cultured marble factories in America and for good
reason. A bathroom sink will cost less than $10 in raw materials. Every
town over 25,000 population has a cultured marble factory and many
smaller communities do as well. Major cities could have up to a dozen
cultured marble factories. These local cultured marble factories
creates wealth for the owner and provide good paying manufacturing
jobs. They become the Go-To place for home builders, remodeling
contractors and Do-It-Yourselfers that need sinks, bathtubs, shower
pans, wall paneling, countertops, soap/shampoo holders, trim molding,
window sills, table tops and more, for homes, hotels, schools,
restaurants, fast food chains, retail shops, bars, coffee shops, banks
nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, fitness centers, and other types of
businesses.
As the world
becomes more connected and easily accessible we look
around and see that most things in African and Middle East are imported
while unemployment and poverty rates are soaring. When a country
imports a product, it’s providing the exporting country jobs
instead of creating jobs for it’s people. We know a dozen
reasons to invest in manufacturing but the two most important
are that
nothing grows wealth more than manufacturing (private investor
interest) and nothing creates more jobs than manufacturing. (government
interest).
It’s
hard to imagine that a simple sink is not made in Africa
or the Middle East. There are over 500 cities in Africa that have over
100,000 population and almost 50 that have over a million people.. Oh
hell, let’s just keep it simple....
There are 1.2 Billion People in the 54 African countries. There are 246 Million people in 17 the Middle East countries. With few
exceptions, these countries give all of their bathroom and
kitchen manufacturing jobs to China and Turkey while denying their own
people these lucrative jobs. Now, China is exporting their
Made-in-China sinks, bathtubs and showers to Africa and the Middle
East.
We are very
familiar with China. We are who sold the cultured marble factories to
China that are now exporting cultured marble products around the world.
Selling factories in China was so easy. When China first started
developing in the late 1990's, they couldn’t buy factories
fast enough. They met with us, China banks transferred money
to us, we shipped factories to them and went to China to set them up
and train their people. We shipped factories all over China; from the
north to the south to the east and the west. We have seen the largest
carved jade Buddha in the world in Anshan in the north, visited the
sites in Beijing, hugged panda bears near Yaan in the west and made a
lot of memories along the way. Now it’s time for you to
create jobs and grow some wealth.
