Wall Panel Molds

Your wall panel mold will be the work-horse in your factory. Anything ‘flat’ will be made on your wall panel mold. I say ‘make tons and tons’ of shower surrounds and wall paneling. One single bathtub shower surround that is five feet (1.5 meter) tall makes 55 square feet (5 square meter) of marble, onyx, or granite. You’ll also make it half the thickness (3/8 inch or 1 cm) of a bathroom vanity top. You will also use your wall panel mold to manufacture such items, as bathtub decks, bathtub skirts, table tops, and various counter tops such as “L” shaped bath and kitchen counter tops.

Textured Panel Molds are ideal for one-piece flooring, steps, and wall panels. The 72” X 96” X ½” (182cm X 243cm X 1.27cm) Slate Textured Finish Mold has a 12” X 12” (30cm X 30cm) tile pattern so you can offer your customer a tile appearance without the dirt absorbing grout lines. In most normal size bathrooms, you can install one single piece of marble, onyx or granite with no seams.
